We want you to love your Oliv board. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away. We will immediately replace your item or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer. Simply provide a photo of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.
